Confidentiality
Requirements
The
Board Members and Senior Management including General managers and
Territorial General Managers shall not disclose any information concerning
the Company’s business, its customers, suppliers, trade related
information, trade secrets, strategies, commercial, legal, scientific,
technical data, research etc. to which they have privileged access
or which are in their possession or derived from a confidential document,
either orally or in writing or they are able to know or obtain access
by virtue of their position with the Company, must be considered confidential,
held in confidence and must be used for company’s business purposes
only. They shall not disclose any Confidential Information outside
the company either during or after their service as a Director of
the company be it whole-time or non whole-time directors except with
the express or implied consent of the Board or as required by law.
