Breach / Violations of this Code

In the case of breach of this Code by the Board Members and Senior Management including General Managers and territorial General Managers, the same shall be communicated promptly to the Chairman of the Audit Committee. The suspected breach of this Code shall be investigated at the direction of the Chairman of the Audit Committee and if found guilty, appropriated action as may be deemed necessary shall be initiated.
