Appointment in other Company’s

The Board members and Senior Management including General Managers and territorial General Managers are expected to devote their attention to the business activities of the company. Unless specifically permitted by the Board of Directors, the Board Members shall not serve as Director of any other company or as a partner or member of a firm that is engaged in a business competing with the company or with which the company has business relations. They are prohibited from engaging in any activity that interferes with their performance or responsibilities to the company or otherwise is in conflict with or prejudicial to the interests of the company.
